摘要

Abstract

For improving the control performance of large scale ultra supercritical (USC) boilers, the thermal characteristic must be analyzed firstly, and the suitable models for design control should be constructed. The traditional model of transfer function was not quite satisfactory for the modeling precision. The principal and the characteristics of the combustion system in USC boiler were analyzed. And then, the standards of data selection and the methods of data pretreatment are summarized. Based on the historical operation data of the thermal power plant, using the swarm intelligence optimizing algorithms, all the parameters of the transfer function were identified. So the linear transfer function model of the combustion system was gained. The quantitative values of delay time of the combustion system were given. Meanwhile, the double inputs and single output model of the furnace negative pressure system was gained. The identification results were validated. The results can be a reference for the design or the optimization of control system in the combustion system.
