三聚氰胺在肉鸡组织中的残留和消除规律研究
Study on Melamine Residue and Its Withdrawal in Different Tissues of Broilers

Abstract
The objective of the study was to investigate the deposition and depletion of melamine in different tissues of yellow-feathered broilers. Four hundred 1-day-old healthy yellow-feathered broilers were randomly divided into 4 treatment groups with 5 replicates of 20 chicks in each. Four treatment groups were supplemented with 0%, 0.25%, 0.5%, 3.0% melamine in the basal diets respectively for 42 d. The melamine concentration in the breast muscle, liver and kidney were determined on day 7, 14, 21, 28, 35 and 42. After switching the basal diet for 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 d the melamine content were determined in the breast muscle, liver and kidney samples. The results showed that with adding melamine to the dietary for 42 days, the average melamine in different tissues of 0.25%-3.0% treatment groups were significantly higher than that of control group. The melamine concentration in tissues of 3.0% group decreased progressively by the order of kidney 〉 liver 〉 breast muscle. After withdrawing melamine diets for 5 days, the melamine concentrations in different tissues were decreased significantly, but the melamine in different tissues can not be completely eliminated. Higher dietary melamine concentration requires a longer time to eliminate from the tissues.关键词
