Validation of Commercial RT-PCR and Real-time RT-PCR Kits for Detection of Influenza Virus
摘要
Abstract
Five commercial real-time RT-PCR kits and three RT-PCR kits were assessed with eight influenza viruses.The different criteria assessed were sensitivity,specificity,reproducibility using different samples.These samples were inactivated strains or organs naturally infected or Spiked biological samples.The results proved these kits to be sensitive with high specificity and reproducibility.关键词
