猪全血中多种病原流行病学监测的初步研究
Preliminary survelience of several viruses from bloods in some pig farms in China
摘要
Abstract
Classical swine fever viru（sCSFV）,porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome viru（sPRRSV）,pseudorabies virus （ PRV）,porcine circovirus type 2（PCV2）,bovine Viral diarrhea viru（sBVDV）and JEV was detected from swine bloods samples by PCR or RT-PCR in recent two years in healthy pig farms. The results showed that the infection rate of CSFV,PRRSV,PRV,PCV 2 were 30.0%、50.0%、4.0% and 30.0% on 2008;while the infection rate of CSFV,PRRSV,PRV,PCV 2,BVDV and JEV were 13.7%、19.8%、 1.1%、31.9%、0.7% and 2.7%,respectively. These results strongly recommend that the blood can be a good sample in the disease detection which will play a role important during the disease surveillance and epidemic analysis.关键词
