摘要
Abstract
In this article, it is discussed that the characteristics and current situations of graduation training for undergraduate students of resource exploration engineering specialty in Chinese universities and colleges. To improve the graduation training, the following suggestions are put forward： First, the student and his potential employer should subscribe an agreement of employment in advance; Second, the thesis should be chosen according with the future work for this potential employee, and to be aided financially by the employer; Third, the instructor with ＂double skill＂, namely engineering skill and academic skill, should be chosen as the adviser of the thesis. For carrying out the education reform and enhancing the graduation engineering training, it is pointed out emphatically that, both enterprises and universities should benefit; the teaching management should be innovated; and strong support should be get from the government departments.关键词
