Study on the construction of geological disaster emergency support system
摘要
Abstract
Based on the geological disaster emergency experiences,using literature research,descriptive research and statistical analysis,this research was carried out.This paper concluded that： geological disaster emergency has the feature that widely preparation surface,early warning difficult,lowly rescue,difficult to determine the causes.Complete emergency operations,usually by 3 step 7 to complete four disposal contents.Individual disposal operations usually have five technical processes.The structure of the support system is ＂weak base,loosely coupled,and strong cohesion＂.Capacity building is key.There are four key technical issues in the support system building that geological disaster in the mechanism,prevention techniques,contingency plans for dynamic optimization,emergency platform construction..关键词
