高炉煤粉喷吹燃烧行为的数值模拟
Numerical Simulation of Pulverized Coal Injection Behavior in Blast Furnace

Abstract
Based on the microscopic mechanism of pulverized coal injection process, the computational fluid dynamic (CFD) technology was applied to the multiphase flow modeling and simulation in an iron-making blast furnace. In the simulations, considering the pulverized coals as powder phase, the different physical parameters of phases were visualized under the present local operation. The powder flow was strongly affected by the air and coke particles under the cohesive zone, and by the ore particles upon the cohesive zone. Then, the simulated and experimental blast furnace with higher rate of coal injection showed that the ability of pulverized coal injection could be enhanced to a certain extent. The higher pulverized coal injection rate decreased coke rate and production cost, improved the utilization coefficient of blast furnace by adjusting the burden distribution and oxygen enrichment.关键词
