Abstract
This article analyzes the issues existed in the work of maritime judicial appraisal in our country and provides some improvement measures in five aspects, including establishing the legal system for maritime judicial appraisal, improving qualification verification of the maritime judicial appraisers, construction and unified management of the maritime judicial appraisal organs, and improving the procedure concerning appear in court of the appraisers, with a view to perfecting our legal system concerning maritime judicial appraisal.关键词
