This paper analyzes the actualities and problems of providing shore-based facilities and services for seafarers in ports of china, points out the seafarers＇ club may be the best carrier to provide shore-based facilities and services for seafarers and provides some suggestions and advices for ensuring seafarers＇ access to the shore-based facilities and services.关键词
