Abstract
The Manila Amendments to the STCW Convention and Code will enter into force on 1 January 21）12. The Amendnmnts have a sigmificant influence on PSC inspection. This paper focuses on PSC inspection of rest hours of seafarers, introduces the relevant requirements of the Amendments to the STCW Convention and ILO Conventions, analyzes some cases of detention and inspection, and provides some suggestions for reference in the PSC inspection on rest hours of seafarers affer the Amendments enter into force.关键词
