Abstract
A transferring method of machinery exciting force and response under different elastic mounting conditions were given to pre-estimate the vibration of the machine. Firstly,the coupling effect was dealt by predigesting one machine with several mounting points to several single mounting machines based on equivalent point mobility theory. Then,the transferring relationship of machine exciting force and response under different elastic mounting conditions were found based on the characterization of machinery exciting property of free velocity. Finally,an experiment was done to test the vibration of elastic mounted dynamotor and the numerical estimation and test data were analyzed and compared. The results show that the total error of vibration level is below 3dB between 20 Hz to 1 000 Hz,which proves the validity of the method.关键词
