摘要

Abstract

Numerical simulations of the CO tracer gas and air mixing in a 300mm diameter and 90-degree bend pipe were performed on Computational Fluid Dynamics software platform, and the comparisons between the simulation results and experimental data were analyzed. The results shown when the tracer gas injected by five injections, the mixing effect between tracer gas and air was better than the single injection, and the tracer gas and air have been mixed uniformity downstream of the bend on 9D. Simulation results can provide valuable guidance for measurement gas flow rate and online calibration for gas flowmeter with tracer gas technique.
