Analysis on Cathode Movement Path and Parameters in ECM of Blisk Tunnels
摘要
Abstract
The machining of tunnels is essential in the whole process of blisk manufacturing. A series of steps were followed aiming at improving the distribution uniformity of surface allowance. First, the original blade dates converted into the tunnel surfaces and the distorted surfaces were fitted with ruled lines through least square method. Then the movement path of cathode was obtained, which lead to the motion parameters of ECM in multi--tunnel of the blisk. Finally, an application ex- ample was given to verify the above--mentioned method. Results indicate that the tunnels manufactured by this method are up to standard.关键词
