低惯量旋转电磁铁的动态特性研究
Research on Dynamic Characteristics of Rotary Electromagnet with Low Inertia

Abstract
A novel low inertia rotary electromagnet with coreless rotor structure was proposed. A mathematical model of the rotary electromagnet was established firstly and the simulation of its dynamic characteristics was performed. The simulation frequency width was 230Hz/--3dB, 240Hz/--90° approximately and the simulation rise time for step response was about 4.3ms. In order to validate the accuracy of theoretical results, a special test rig was built and experimental study was performed. The experimental results are in a close agreement with the simulation results. The rotary electromagnet has excellent dynamic characteristics whose experimental frequency width is about 220Hz/--3dB,220Hz/--90~ and experimental rise time is 5.6ms approximately. Therefore it is suit- able to be used as electro--mechanical converter of 2D digital valve with high frequency response.关键词
