摘要

Abstract

Customer requirement analysis is the basis for product planning. Due to the vagueness and incompleteness of customer preferences, a method was proposed on the basis of incomplete linguistic judgment matrices to analyse the importance of customer requirements. The method made suficiently usage of preference information provided by each customer to construct a complete preference relation. By fusing all the complete preference into the collective one, a group preference relation was obtained in order to determine the importance ratings of customers requirements. A practical example verified its feasibility and effectiveness.
