Research on Intelligent Optical Inspection Platforms Used for Large-scale Products and Its New Progresses
摘要
Abstract
l his paper elaborated the research achievements and the latest progress ot intelligent optical inspection equipment at home and abroad. First,8 equipment in China and 4 ones outside were introduced about their basic structure, characteristics and application occasions. Second, the detection mode was classified according to their relative motion between the platform and the camera. Finally,4 platforms were designed based on parallel mechanism, including 3-DOF plane mode, 3-DOF space mode, 5-DOF space mode and 6-DOF space mode,and the design idea and characteristics were described. The study lays foundations for development of new type of intelligent optical inspection equipment关键词
