摘要

Abstract

Using single factor and orthogonal experiment,the effects of the carbide tool cutting parameters on superalloy GH4169 surface roughness were stuided under the high speed conditions. The research results indicate that feed rate have obvious influence on surface roughness, followed by cutting speed and cutting depth;An experience formula between the surface roughness and cutting parameters was built by SPSO and the confirmation tests were carried out to make a comparison between the experimental results and ones predicted by experience formula. The comparison results show that the experience formula established based on SPSO can predict the surface roughness of superalloy GH4169 in high-speed milling processes effectively. It also can provide the references for optimizing the milling parameters and the control of surface quality.
