Prediction of Laser Cutting Speed for Stainless Steel
摘要
Abstract
Based on the interaction principles between laser and material in laser cutting stainless steel,thermal conduction law was analyzed,and a thermal model of the cutting process was advanced. Through thermal balance equation,where the total heat absorbed was equal to the sum heat both absorbed by removed material and lost by conduction, the functional relationship about cutting speed was established, which can predict cutting speed. The technological tests indicate that the predictions are fit in the experimental results perfectly, and it can be used for the guidance of practical applications.关键词
