摘要

Abstract

A generation method of Hilbert space-filling curves was researched. It was established that the mapping relationship from Hilbert space-filling curves in plain to Bezier parametric surface. And then the mapping rules and the program were also proposed. Owing to frequently reverse, it was adopted that a chamfer or an arc on transition instead of the right angle, so the impact on the tool and the part in machining process was reduced. The optimization method of tool path generation was applied to generate tool path, and the length of tool path and time of the two methods were contrasted. The method was used for a specific surface, and the effectiveness of the method was verified.
