Study on Self-locking Mechanism of Meshing Pairs of Eccentric Swing Movable Teeth
摘要
Abstract
A concept of critical wedge angle was put forward based on the analysis of self-locking cause of meshing pairs of eccentric swing movable teeth.Critical self-locking conditions of meshing pairs was deduced.Variation regularity of wedge angle during whole meshing course was analyzed according to a parameter design example and self-locking judgment.The main impact factor of wedge angle was analyzed to obtain non self-lock design criterions of eccentric swing movable teeth.Three types of movable teeth was designed to overcome self-locking based on type transformation.关键词
