Numerical Simulation of Traveling-wave Electroomotic Micropump and Effects of Parameters on Flow
摘要
Abstract
Based on the NP equation for ion transport,NS equation for liquid flow and Poisson equation for electric potential,a numerical analysis was carried out to investigate the traveling-wave electroosmotic flow.A comparison of numerical solution using the PNP equations and approximate approach based on slip velocity boundary was made.The correctness of numerical simulation based on the PNP equations was verified.A mathematical model based on PNP equations should predict the qualitative and the quantitative behavior of traveling-wave electroosmotic flow more precisely in a much broader parameter range.关键词
