Clinical Analysis of Decannulation in Brain-Damage Patients with Tracheotomy
摘要
Abstract
Objective: To explore the related factors of healing after decannulation in brain-damage patients with tracheotomy. Methods: Eighty-five brain-damage patients after decannulation were reviewed and the healings were observed. The effects of age and duration of cannula on successful decannulation were analyzed, and also the relationship between the decannulation and protopathy, as well as the conscious state. Results: The age was younger and duration of cannula was shorter significantly in the successful decannulation group than in the group with complications. The protopathy and the conscious state had no significant effect on the healing after decannulation. Conclusion : We should make sure of the occasions and conditions for decannulation to avoid the complications.关键词
