摘要
Abstract
Nowadays,risk has become the focus and theme of the world.It is related to survival and development of the mankind.The development of risk theory is closely related with the soaring risk of social reality.Today＇s development of science and technology is becoming the cause of the risk society.The hazards of modern technology can be found in ecological damage,imbalanced social relations and people＇s depression,etc.In face with technical risk,it＇s necessary to establish a scientific technical risk management and prevention mechanisms and the regulation of science and technology policy for technical development.This controling includes science and technology policy co-ordination,the adjustment of science and technology policy,science and technology policy-oriented assessment and science and technology policy evaluation and so on.Regulation through policy and technology can promote its sustainable development in China.关键词
