摘要
Abstract
Using the input-process-product system model for reference,this paper constructs structural equation model in order to probe into the relationship among graduate education input,process and product quality.Adopting partial least squares structural equation model(PLS-SEM),it tests the model and finds that the values of reliability and validity of the model fulfills the criteria of quality.This paper shows empirical research based on 136 specialties in Jiangsu province.The outcome has indicated that most of hypothesis brought forward by authors were validated.Namely that every element of input quality has marked positive effect on process quality and product quality;some elements of process quality have marked positive effect on product quality.关键词
