Executive Function and Internet Addiction
摘要
Abstract
Internet addiction has become a worldwild serious problem due to the overuse or excessive dependence on internet. Most of present studies on internet addiction focus on traditional psychological aspects, such as assessment criteria, and risk factors of personality. However, limited researches are available on the relationship between internet addiction and its cognitive function. Executive function impairment is the most important cognitive disorder of internet addiction. This paper reviews some main experimental paradigms of executive function on research of internet addiction, its brain mechanism, as well as the latest findings about cognitive and executive functions on internet addiction researches, such as inhibion, attention and decision-making.关键词
