Abstract
Objective: To investigate current situation of posttraumatic growth (PTG) of cancer patients and possible influencing factors, to provide reference to the psychological state of cancer patients. Methods: A total of 80 cancer patients were investigated by filling out Posttraumatic Growth Inventory (PTGI), Social Support Rating Scale (SSRS) and general questionnaire. Results: ①Compared with men, women got higher scores in the PTGI.②Compared with those cancer patients with no spouse, those cancer patients with spouse got higher scores in the PTGI. ③The social support were positively correlated with posttraumatic growth. ④Regression analysis showed that social support score, gender and cancer staging were the significant factors of patients' posttraumatic growth. Conclusion: Social support, gender and cancer staging are the significant factors of patients' posttraumatic growth.关键词
