The Impact of Career Maturity and Locus of Control on Vocational Selection Anxiety of Undergraduate

Abstract
Objective: To research the relationship of career maturity (CM) and locus of control(LC) to vocational selection anxiety(VSA) of undergraduates. Methods: 1489 graduates from 5 universities of Inner Mongolian Autonomous Region participated in questionnaire survey. Results: There was negative correlation between CM and VSA significantly, and positive correlation in relation of chance and powerful others to VSA significantly; CM and LC could predict VSA significantly. CM could also predict VSA through chance and powerful others indirectly. Conclusion: Chance and powerful others played a role of part-mediating variable in the relationship of CM to VSA.关键词
