Abstract
AIM: To study the effect of the method to test bacterial endotoxin in lentinan for injection with the specific tachypleus amebocyte lysate (B,C factor). METHODS: According to the bacterial endotoxin test approved by Chinese phamocopoeia 2005 edition, to test bacterial endotoxin in lentinan for injection with the specific tachypleus amebocyte lysate (B,C factor) and with tachypleus amebocyte lysate respectively. RESULTS:It was accurate, sensitive, and there was no false positive reaction to test bacterialendotoxin in lentinan for injection with the specific tachypleus amebocyte lysate (B,C factor). CONCLUSION: It is a better method with the specific tachypleus amebocyte lysate (B,C factor) to test bacterial endotoxin in lentinan for injection.关键词
