摘要
Abstract
One patient of type 2 diabetes and intractable diarrhea was treated with somatosta-tin. Her glycemic control was good usually,but her blood glucose level significantly was in-creased during treatment. Considering sotna-tostatin effect on blood glucose levels by inhibiting insulin and glucagon,it is recommended to use somatostatin with caution in patients with type 2 diabetes who treated with insulin secreta-gogues or good blood glucose control and hypo-glycemia. It is needed to strengthen the monito-ring of blood glucose during treated with somatostatin.关键词
