摘要

Abstract

Objective To get information about bacterial resistance and its epidemic trend for clinical reference in the use of antibacterial agents. Methods All of the bacterial susceptibility results from 14 tertiary care hospitals in Beijing from Jan 1 to Dec 31, 2010 were collected by unified protocol and the data were analyzed by software WHONET 5. 6. The Disc - diffusion or automatic clinical microbiological system method was used for the bacterial sensitivity. Results A total of 31754 bacterial isolates and their antibacterial susceptibility data were collected during the survey period, which included 20733 (65.3%) Gram - negative bacterial strains and 11021 (34. 7% ) Gram - positive bacterial strains. Escherich-ia coli, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Acinetobacter baumannii, Staphylococ-cus aureus and Klebsiella pneumoniae were the most common isolates. The incidences of methicillin -resistant S. Aureus( MRSA) and coagulase negative Staphylococcus( MRSCN) were 83. 2% and 57. 1% , respectively. No vancomycin resistant Staphylococcus strains were found. There were 0. 7% of Enterococcus faecalis and 14. 8% of Enterococcus faecium resistant to vancomycin. No linezolid resistant Enterococcus were found. 8. 7% S. Pneumoniae were identified as penicillin resistant 5. Pneumoniae (PRSP) . Isolates of Enterobacteriaceae were still highly sensitive toimipenem and meropenem, but there were 8. 9% and 0. 4% E. Coli as well as 16. 2% and 2. 5% K. Pneumoniae isolates resistant to imipenem and meropenem. About 30% of P. Aeruginosa strains were resistant to the two carbapene-ms, while the drug resistance rates of A. Baumannii were higher than those of P. Aeruginosa. Conclusion Bacterial resistance was still common according to this annual report of Beijing area. The resistant rates of most bacteria were not rising compared with the last annual report of Beijing. But the rates of Enterococcus spp. And Staphylococcus spp. Resistant to vancomycin were higher than those of last annual surveillance.
