Abstract
Objective To discuss the mode of delivering pharmaceutical care to patients with asthma and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD). Methods The management plan was analyzed, and the main contents of the pharmaceutical care plans for asthma and COPD patients were introduced by establishing an individualized pharmaceutical care plan for the patients and the entire pharmaceutical care process integrated with the asthma and COPD guidelines, as cases reports. Results By providing pharmaceutical care to patients with asthma and COPD, the treatment related problems are able to be identified in time, and the serious consequence can be avoided. Conclusion It is safety and necessary to deliver pharmaceutical care to patients with asthma and COPD, the way of our practicing have feasibility and practicability.关键词
