盐酸马尼地平片治疗轻中度原发性高血压的疗效和安全性

摘要
Abstract
Objective To study the efficacy and safety of manidipine in treatment of mild to moderate hypertension. Methods The clinical trial were randomized, double blind and amlodipine besylate controlled. Fifty- nine patients, manidipine group 30 patients, amlodipine besylate group 29 patients.One group was treated with manidipine 10 -20 mg ? D -1, and the other group with amlodipine besylate 5-10 mg · d -1, for 8 weeks. Results After 8 weeks treatment, systolic and diastolic blood pressure decreased (8. 70 ± 13. 11) mmHg and (7. 90 ±5.5) mmHg (P<0. 05) in manidipine group, while ( 13. 28 ± 13.40) mmHg and (11.66 ±7.66) mmHg in amlodipine besylate group, all of them have statistical significance (P < 0. 05 ). No serious adverse events occurred in two groups. Conclusion Manidipine once daily can remarkably reduce blood pressure, the patient's tolerant was well.关键词
