摘要
Abstract
Objective To establish a HPLC method for determining cef-buperazone concentration in human plasma and urine. Methods With levofloxacin as internal standard, plasma samples extracted by perchloric acid. Results Determination of cefbuperazone has good linearity in the 2 - 250 and 5 - 500 μg · mL-1, lower limit of quantification was 2 μg · mL-1and 5 μg · mL-1, extraction recovery is 68.8% to 77.4% and 89. 7% to 102. 2% , accuracy was 95. 4% to 108. 8% and 86. 5% to 108. 7% , and precision of plasma(RSD) ≤3. 9% and precision of urine ≤9. 1%. Conclusion The established HPLC method is specific, sensitive , and simple, fast, accurate and suitable for determination of cefbuperazone in human plasma and urine.关键词
