多重耐药鲍曼不动杆菌耐药分型的相关性及联合用药探讨
Correlation between different clusters and resistance profile of multi- drug resistant Acinetobacter baumannii and exploration for antibiotics treatment

Abstract
Objective To analysis the drug resistance of multi - drug resistant Acinetobacter baumannii ( MDR - AB) isolated recent years, correlation between its clone types and drug resistance and explore the methods for effective therapy of this infection. Methods A total of 73 strains of MDR - AB were included in this study. Minimal inhibitory concentrations ( MICs) of ten antimicrobials were performed by the agar dilution method. The genetic homology of the clinical isolates was determined by pulsed -field gel electrophoresis(PFGE). Results The clinical isolates of MDR - AB were divided into 6 clone types, including 2 main clone types - Type A (19 strains) and D (44 strains). The pan -drug resistant ratios of strains of type A and type B were 47. 4% and 22. 7% , respectively. Each clone type and its drug resistant ratios to antimicrobial agents were listed in table 1 to table 5. Conclusion The number of clonotypes decreased comparing with related documents. The cefepime resistance of MDR - AB assumes a lowing trend. Strains of type D got a higher sensitive rate of levofloxacin. The resistant ratio of carbapenems is high, so combination with other antibiotics should be taken into account.关键词
