冰硼散-壳聚糖膜的生物相容性研究
Biocompatibility of Bingpeng Powder-Chitosan Composite Biomaterials

Abstract
Objective: To investigate biocompatibility of the Bingpeng powder-chitosan with human osteosarcoma cells in vitro. Methods: The Bingpeng powder-chitosan was preparaed with osmosis method. Human osteosarcoma cells were cultured on Bingpeng powder-chitosan, chitosan and blank control respectively. 24, 48, 72, 96 hours after set up, the proliferation of the cells was examined by MTS method. 1,3,5 days after set up, the morphology was observed with scanning electron microscope (SEM). Results: The proliferation of the cells performed no significant difference between Bingpeng powder-chitosan and chitosan (P>0. 05). There was also no significant difference between Bingpeng powder-chitosan and blank control group. Cyto-toxical grades of Bingpeng powder-chitosan and chitosan were grade 1. SEM demonstrated that the growth and morphology of cells was normal on Bingpeng powder-chitosan and chitosan. Conclusions: Bingpeng powder-chitosan has good biocompatibility without cytotoxic, which may be used as a perfect material for guided tissue regeneration.关键词
