p16在尖锐湿疣和鲍温样丘疹病中的表达
Research on Expression of p16 in Condyloma Acuminatum and Boweniod Papulosis
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the expression of p16 in condyloma acuminatum(CA)and bowenoid papulosis(BP). Methods: Preserved the specimens of CA.BP and normal prepuce tissue used as control by paraffin imbedding. Envision immunohis-tology technology with IMS (image analysis system) was applied to detect the expression of p16. Results: In the 28 specimens of CA, the percentage of p16 positive cells was 41. 330% ± 3. 823%. In the 28 specimens of BP, the percentage of p16 positive cells was 55. 520% ± 3. 638%, while the result was 26. 990% ± 0. 807% respectively in the 10 controlled prepuce tissues. The difference was statistically significant (P<0. 05). Conclusions: The expression of p16 was elevated and independence in CA and BP, suggesting the derangement of cell cycle.关键词
