射频消融联合经动脉化疗栓塞治疗肝癌的疗效分析
Transarterial Chemoembolization in Combination with Radiofrequency Thermal Ablation in Hepatocellular Carcinoma: a Systematic Review and Meta-analysis
摘要
Abstract
Objective: To compare the therapeutic effects of transcatheter arterial chemoembolization(TACE) plus radiofre-quency ablation(RFA) to TACE or RFA alone for hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC). Methods: All data of patients with HCC underwent TACE + RFA versus TACE or RFA were collected from literature by electronic searching and handwork searching. Meta-analysis that recommended by Cochrane Collaboration was done for the data above, 8 researches enrolled in criteria were included in this study using RevMan 4. 2. Results: Compared with that of TACE or RFA alone, 1-, 2-, 3- year survival in those underwent TACE + RFA was statistically higher (P<0. 05), Subgroup analysis showed: TACE + RFA group in lyear survival rate was no significant difference in RFA group, Compared with that of TACE alone, 1-, 2-, 3-year survival in those underwent TACE+ RFA was statistically higher(P<0. 001). Conclusions: The prospective efficacy of TACE plus RFA for HCC which can elevate the patients' survival rate is better than that of TACE or RFA alone.关键词
