Abstract
Objective:To investigate the association between the prognostic factors of primary IgAN and left ventricular hypertrophy. Methods: We divided 79 patients with primary IgAN into LVH group and non-LVH group,and compared the clinical and pathological prognostic factors between the two groups. The univariate correlation were also analysed between LVMI and all prognostic factors, respectively. Results: The levels of serum creatinine, eGFR, uric acid,24h urine protein, systolic pressures, diastolic pressures, glomerular sclerosis, interstitial fibrosis, mesangial proliferation, tubular atrophy and vascular lesions of LVH group were significanT1y higher than that of non-LVH group and positively correlated with LVMI. Conclusions: LVH of primary IgAN may be associated with the prognostic factors.关键词
