摘要
Abstract
Objective:To quantitatively evaluate the right ven tricular function coronary heart disease patients with or without type 2 diabetes mellitus using real-time three-dimensional echocardiography (RT-3DE). Methods: Sixty-three patients were enrolled. They were classified into three groups: coronary heart disease group (CHD group, n= 16), type 2 diabetes mellitus group (DM group, n= 20), and coronary heart disease with type 2 diabetes mellitus group (CHD + DM group, n- 27). The control group (NC group) included 24 healthy volunteers. All the patients underwent tranditional echocardiography and realtime three-dimensional echocardiography (RT-3DE) examination. The overall right ventricular end-diastolic volume (RV-EDV), end-systolic volume (RVESV) and ejection fraction (RVEF) were calculated by right ventricular function (4D-RVF) a-nalysis software. Results.- Compared with control group, RVEDV, RVESV in CHD group, DM group and CHD + DM group increased significanT1y(P<0. 05) even though RVEF had no statistical differences among 4 groups(P = 0. 31). Conclusions: The capacity of right ventricle of patients in CHD group, DM group and CHD + DM group enlarged obviously detected by RT-3DE while LVEF were all at normal range.关键词
