Relationship between Gestational Diabetes Mellitus and Fetuin-A
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the level of Fetuin-A, free fatty acids (FFA) and adiponectin (ADP) in maternal serum with gestational diabetes mellitus, in order to find their changes in serum. Methods-. Enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) was used to determine serum Fetuin-A,FFA, and ADP levels in maternal serum with gestational diabetes mellitus. Results: The blood glucose level in GDM were significantly higher than normal pregnancy (P<0. 05). It's serum glycated hemoglobin and serum ADP levels were not significantly different. Conclusions: Fetuin-A and FFA may also be a sensitive index to predict the insulin resistance.关键词
