大鼠小体积肝移植模型的建立及技术改进
Model of 30% Small-for-Size Liver Transplantation in Rats and Its Technical Modification

Abstract
Objective:To establish the model of 30% smaii-for-sizc liver transplantation in rats. Methods: A total of 25 pairs of Spraguc-Dawlcy (SD) rats were performed 30% orthotopic liver transplantation (OLT) using Kamada's 2-cuff method. The graft liver was procured by situ rapid pcrfusion through abdominal aorta. The time for cold ischemia was set as 1 hour. Results: After transplantation, 72% (18/25) of the recipients survived for 2 days or above and 64% (16/25) of the recipients were still alive in 1 week. Conclusions; We have successfully established the model of 30% small-for-sizc liver transplantation in rats with improvement in the methods. This model is stable, workable and rcplicablc with high probability of success. The operation has similar procedures compared with clinical partial liver transplantation, such as living donor liver transplantation; and it is an ideal way for research on improving ischemia repcrfusion injury (IRI) in liver transplantation and promoting liver regeneration.关键词
