血清脂蛋白(a)与冠心病相关性的研究
Levels of Serum Lipoprotein (a) in Patients with Coronary Heart Disease
摘要
Abstract
Objective: To study the relationship between scrum lipoprotcin (a) [LP(a)] level and coronary heart disease. Methods; A total of 314 patients who were suspected coronary heart disease (CHD) were studied. They were divided into control group and CHD group based on the results of coronary angiography (CAG). Then the CHD group was classified according to the number of coronary artery with stenosis. The scrum LP(a) levels of all the patients were detected and analyzed. Results: Compared with the control group, the level of scrum LP(a) in the CHD group was significantly higher (P<0. 001). The level of LP(a) increased with the number of damaged coronary artery. Conclusions; As an independent risk factor for CHD, the level of scrum LP(a) is positively correlated with the damage degree of coronary arteries.关键词
