Expression of CD133 in GBC Cell Line and in the Tissue of Gallbladder Carcinoma
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the expression of CD133 protein in gallbladder carcinoma cell line (GBC) and in the tissues of gallbladder carcinoma. Methods: Hocchst staining was performed to figure out the location of CD133 in GBC. Immuno-histochcmical staining was used to detect the expression of CD133 protein in the tissue samples of twenty patients with gallbladder carcinoma and twenty people with normal Gallbladders. Results; The results of Hocchst staining delineated that CD133 located in the cytoplasm and membrane of GBC. The expression of CD133 protein was detected in the tissues of gallbladder carcinoma by immunohistochemical staining and Western blotting, but not in the normal gallbladder tissues. Conclusions; CD133 protein is highly expressed in both the cell line and the tissues of gallbladder carcinoma.关键词
