Abstract
Objective:To study the expression of 8 human liver cancer stem cell markers in dicthyinitrosaminc and N-nitroso-morphoiinc-induccd carcinomas in rat liver. Methods: Primary liver carcinomas in rat were induced by dicthyinitrosaminc and N-nitrosomorpholinc. The expression of 8 cell markers (CD133, CD90, CD44, ABCG2, EpCAM, AFP, OV6 and ALDH) were detected in rat liver cancer tissues and adjacent tissues by immunohistochemistry, using the thirteen points method and Image-Pro Plus 6. 0 software for semi-quantitative image analysis. Results: The expression of ABCG2, CD133, CD44 and AFP was significantly higher in rat tumor tissues than in adjacent tissues. The expression of CD90, EpCAM, OV6 and ALDH have no significant difference between tumor tissues and adjacent tissues. Conclusions; Chemotherapy-induced rat hepatoma cells contain cancer stem cell marker-positive cells.关键词
