Abstract
Objective:To evaluate the therapeutic effects and adverse reaction of radiofrcquency hypcrthcrmia combined with intraplcaral infusion of clcmcnc emulsion or staphylococcin in the treatment of malignant plcural effusion. Methods: A total of 52 cases with malignant plcural effusion were divided into 2 groups after continuous thoracostomy drainage. The patients in Group A(27 cases) were treated with radiofrcquency hypcrthcrmia and intraplcaral infusion of clcmcnc emulsion, while the patients in Group B(25 cases)were treated with radiofrcquency hypcrthcrmia and intraplcaral infusion of staphylococcin. Results: There was no statistical difference between the total therapeutic effect of Group A (88. 9%) and Group B (88. 0%) (P> 0. 05). There was significant difference between the incidence of chest pain in Group A (20. 0%) and Group B (7. 7%) (P<C 0. 05). Conclusions; Compared with traditional chemotherapy, radiofrcquency hypcrthcrmia combined with intraplcaral infusion of clcmcnc emulsion or staphylococcin is very effective. Intraplcaral infusion of staphylococcin is better for lower incidence of chest pain and better tolerance in the treatment of malignant plcural effusion.关键词
