Abstract
Objective;To investigate the curative effects and toxic effects of Chinese herbs Xiangsha Liujunzi Soup combined with FOLFIRI chemotherapy. Methods: A total of 70 cases of advanced colorcctal cancer were randomly divided into two groups. The treatment group consisted of 36 patients who were given FOLFIRI chemotherapy combined with Chinese herbs Xiangsha Liujunzi Soup, and the control group consisted of 34 patients who were given FOLFIRI chemotherapy only. Chemotherapy completion rate, recent treatment results and toxicity was observed. Results: The chemotherapy completion rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group (P<0. 05) , while the rate of toxic side effect in the treatment group was obviously lower than that in the control group (P<0. 05). The total effective rate had no significant difference between the two groups, although the life quality of the patients in the treatment group could be improved. Conclusions; Chinese herbs Xiangsha Liujunzi Soup unified with FOLFIRI strategy can reduce the toxicity of chemotherapy and improve the life quality of the advanced colorcctal cancer patients, and thus help them to finish the chemotherapy.关键词
