Abstract
Objective:To evaluate the diagnostic value of non-enhanced CT in blunt abdominal trauma. Methods: The CT findings of 48 cases of blunt abdominal trauma were analyzed retrospectively. Results: A total of 57 abdominal visceral injuries were identified in the 48 patients. Multiple injuries were detected in 9 patients (18. 8%). The locations of visceral injuries were as follow; liver (n - 14), splccn(n - 19) ,kidncyCn - 21) , adrenal (n - 2) and pancreas (n - 1). Free intrapcritoncal fluid, fracture of the lower ribs and lumbar spines could be showed on non-enhanced CT images. Conclusions: Non-enhanced CT is helpful to diagnose abdominal visceral injuries.关键词
