Determination the Anthocyanin Content in Lonicera edulis by pH-differential Spectrophotometry and the Antioxidance
摘要
Abstract
Lonicera edulis is the berry which possess rich anthocyanins. After extracted anthocyanin from Lonicera edulis powder in normal temperature by 60 % ethanol, the anthocyanin content in dry matter is determined by pH-differential spectrophotometry. We concluded that the anthocyanin content in Lonicera edulis diy matter is 12. 232mg/g. Determinated the antioxidanee of it by the scavenging effects of it on · OH, 02 -· ,DPPH and ABTS respectively with VC as the control group. We concluded that the Loncera edulis anthocyanins possess strong antioxidance. Application health care food and drug,etc.关键词
