Abstract
In this research,the area Xiaoxing'anling yichun 23 auricularia commercial varieties of application esterase electrophoresis technology,electrophoresis authenticity identification strains were genetic background and the relative research.Results show that the esterase with general in 5-10 and enzyme stability,high repeatability,esterase technology can be divided;population of auricularia Through the analysis NTSYS 2.10e software,establish the 23 auricularia varieties of context.关键词
