摘要
Abstract
Objective To observe the effect of autogenous fat transplantation ofsagging upper eyelid for correction of sagging upper eyelid. Methods 26cases suffer from sagging upper eyelid underwent this therapy.Autogenous fat grafts harvested from cheek fat pad or axilla or abdomen were transplant into septum orbitale for correction of sagging upper eyelid. Results Satisfactory effects were obtained in 26 cases with 6 months follow up. Conclusion This results show autogenous fat transplantion is a reliable and effective method for sagging upper eyelid.关键词
